Production Operator Lead - Full-Time - Weekend
Position Overview
The Consumables Production Lead is a highly skilled production operator who ensures production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards. The Lead oversees production documentation and helps maintain GMP compliance across Operations. This role requires the ability to communicate production plans, lead the production team, and navigate team dynamics such as conflict, motivation, and engagement.
This is a FT position working first shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday; 6am-4:30pm
Start Date:
This is a full-time position expected to begin in January 2027. The Weekend Production Operator Lead will support the launch and ongoing operation of the new weekend production shift.
